This is true, You can retrieve the call and place it back in hold again for as many times as you like.
But is it possible to increase this timeout so that a call can be longer on hold than 5 minutes? Our gateway (mediant) disconnect the call when no RTP stream is detected for 90 seconds, so after music on hold is stopped the caller will be disconnected after 90 seconds.
