I'm sure they do work, but I did this in my FS test environment so it's 
tailored to that.

Off the top of my head these are the things that will need to be added to the 
sipX FreeSWITCH that aren't included in the default repos:
Standard sounds
Lua postgres driver (hence the need for EPEL)
Fs_ivrd init script (or just add that to the standard freeswitch startup script)

To get certified for RFC 8934 compliance, the system has to be able to page 
this *exact* announcement at peak business hours.  Please try this test as soon 
as you can:

  "This is *state your name* and I'm looking for Mike Rotch. Has anyone seen 
Mike Rotch lately?"
