This issue has two sides, one is VM, the other is user portal. My ideas : 1) Add a field (PIN change required flag) to user db, set default as "required" 2) Add a checkbox for this field to user page in admin portal 3) Redirect user to a new page on login to user portal if that flag is "required" 4) Implement modification of VM menu to force user to change PIN if that flag is "required" When a new user created, default will be forcing PIN change. Of course admin can uncheck that. Or for an old user, admin can force this by checking "PIN change required" checkbox. When a user login to VM, system will control that flag and if it is as "required", we will change the VM menu and forward user to the PIN change menu. That menu already exists. So nothing will be said like "you have to change your PIN". If PIN is changed via phone or user portal, that flag will be set as "not required", so next logins to user portal or VM will work as usual.
