Its RPM installation.I followed the steps in Wiki.
1.yum update(updated the system)
2.yum install sipxecs
3.yum update--(stunnel packages installed)
4.Restart sipxecs services
It failed because I forget to do sipxecs-setup
5.Then did sipxecs-setup
6.Rebooted the server
