I don't think the stack libs are long for this world.  long term,
we're starting to look at resiprocate.  resiprocate doesn't have media
AFAIK, but webrtc might be wise choice.  Again, this is super long
term, i only mention it because porting to windows would be a large
investment of time i don't think would be worth it, in the end.
