Thanks, that tells me I have build issue because as it is now they are like ghost calls.

Matt OpenACD does not do any special logging into CDRs but calls should be at least seen in the CDRs (just like conferencing calls are seen). However, no OpenACD specific details are available (like queue details, agent picking up the call).
