Speed dial with "subscribe to presence" activated in 4.4 was allowing the user 
(200) to pick calls to the other extension (202). In this example 202 was added 
as speed dial (along with subscribe to presence) to 200. In 4.6 it displays the 
status of 202 but does not allow picking up calls to that extension. Is that 
the intended behavior?

In 4.4, when I was following Josh's instructions for 'EFK', I lost the ability 
to press the monitored speed dial button and pickup an incoming call for that 
user.  I wound up having to disable EFK in order to retain this functionality.  
From a user perspective, I believe retaining the ability to pick up an inbound 
call on another line by simply pressing a button is a 'big deal'.
