That's one thing I forgot to mention - I'm doing this already so all the
phones are on a private subnet, so no NAT between offices.

We've tended to find (with our current Asterisk mind-you) that VoIP providers 
don't give near the call quality of the PSTN (we're in Australia - does anyone 
know a good VSP that does sip trunking?)

I like the idea Michael gave to have the DNS servers with differing 
information. Will try something along these lines.
