Hi all,
We ordered a MP-114 4FXO recently but received a 2FXS and 2FXO model
by mistake. They have offered for us to keep it for a significantly
reduced price if we wish and I think we'll take them up on it.
But... I can't seem to work out a configuration for the device from
the SipX web interface. When I add ports from the gateway config they
start at 1 and if I delete 1 and 2 after configuring all four 3 and 4
change to 1 and 2. The problem here is that 1 and 2 are the FXS and 3
and 4 are the FXO ports. Therefore whenever I try to make an outbound
call it will try using port 1 first and fail after which SipX will
send the call to a different gateway.
I would like to look at using the FXS ports as analog extensions later
too but haven't experimented with them yet if that effects things.
If needed I can configure the gateway manually but it would be a bit
of a pity considering. :-(
