Thanks Dale,

the gateway support only UDP, so I can't try to setup a TCP connection.

Analyzing the tcpdump capture file, it seems you're right: fragmented 
UDP packets are dropped.

I've submitted this issue to the manufacturer, I hope they could fix it.
