Hmm, when you say "hunt group" are you referring to an ACD queue on
sipX? "Hunt Group" is AudioCodes terminology (and others, but I haven't
seen it used in sipX unless that's new in v3.11). You would use a hunt
group on the AudioCodes side for outbound calls over your PSTN
connections, but you wouldn't have any reference to it on the inbound
side. Can you send a full copy of your MP-118's configuration? I'd like
to see how your call routing tables and SIP settings are defined...
Also, it would be helpful if you could turn on the syslog logging on
your MP-118, set debug level to max, make a call that fails to work, and
attach the syslog output from that event.

How does one go about routing an incoming PSTN line through an  
Audiocodes MP-118 to anything other than the operator Auto Attendant?  
I'm trying to route directly to a Hunt Group and bypass the operator,  
but setting the Destination Phone Number to anything other than  
"operator" or "100" doesn't work. No forwarding takes place.

I've also tried user extensions, but no dice.
