Hi, what are the difference between sipx development version 3.11.11 and sipx version 4.0? Is 3.11.11 a transition version to 4.0? If 3.11.11 is a transition version to 4.0 why in http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XECS the two versions have different bug?
