Are you using Vyatta? And what VM software are you using?

Why not release to the list/forum a "How you did it, How too".  This would help 
you to redeem the neutering of sipxbrige as I state in prior emails.

In answer to your questions:

1. Two armed operation : Not supported for this release. sipxbridge
functionality for two armed operation is not exposed.
2. sipxrelay - exists as a stand alone service.
3. Configuration at port 5060. Not possible if you co-locate with the
proxy server. Use the default 5080.
