Well I know they have done this with Asterisk so I am hoping someone has done this on Sipxecs and also implemented the 5224,5212 phones. Thanks

Thanks That depends a great deal on how you can convince the Mitel system to forward deposit-to-voicemail and retrieve-voicemail calls to sipX.
