Speaking to this, where did the 4.x ISO's go?

correction: 4.0 _will_be_ the stable release.
The 4.0 builds in http://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/temp/sipXecs are
candidates for that stable designation. When one is found good enough
for that, it will be moved to http://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/pub/sipXecs
and the repository definitions there modified to reflect that fact.
There are a few (mostly installation and upgrade) issues that are still
being shaken out (as you'll see if you look at the recent list
archives).
Testing of the 4.0 candidate build(s) is encouraged.
