I am unable to perform a directed call pickup from my siptrunk (via ingate) for an incoming call. I am using firmware 3.1.2 which is not fully supported in sipxecs 3.10.3. The nice thing I see about 3.1.2 is it makes the call pickup easy (one button press), but it failed even though CDR shows me it dialed *78+plus_the_ringing_extension. So I manually dialed the pickup code and that doesn't work either.
