It turns out that searching on a Multi-checkbox field is not as flexible as we need - especially, you can't search for "none of these are checked". So this field will shortly be replaced with a Multi-Select field named 'Team' (because you can't change an existing custom field to a new type) that has the additional value 'Undefined'.
