Hi, I had exactly the same issues I think and what I did is in the Domain I put the FQHN and added an alias of the FQDN and that fixes it.
I dont know if that is a bug or how it's meant to be but it works for me. I configured some extensions and they can call each other and voicemail / attendant / outgoing through gateway fine. When I try to configure an ACD it falls through immediately to the overflow number. I also noticed whenever I activate the ACR server after a change I get an error saying the ACD Server Configuration failed. When I look in the logs it looks like diggy.net.au (our domain name) is not locatable. I'm using SRV records. I'm using our authoritive DNS server and have added all the recommended records in our DNS. It passes the DNS configuration tests. Have I missed something extra that it needs? The freeswitch log below shows that it can't locate the domain, then shows what happens when an ACD call comes in for 5001. The sipxacd.log below shows what happens when I activate the ACD server. I have just added an IP address for diggy.net.au, but it seems that freeswitch is still unable to locate it. Any assistance appreciated!
