Tested and confirmed there is a bug in all versions tested 3.11.12 to 4.1.0 Snapshots attached to the tracker. Make a call that illustrates the problem - note the exact time that you made the call. Take a snapshot of your configuration using the Snapshot item under Diagnostics. The tracker is very easy to use (if you don't have an account you can create one for yourself).
