After carefully follow step by step documentation from remote worker configuration cheatsheet and I've already reconfigured the NAT, I still got the same result
Here are the scenario * Internal user & remote user using Counterpath X-Lite with STUN & ICE disable. I uncheck the rport too. * The IP address for internal user is 10.10.xx.xx and IP address for remote user is 119.252.xx.xx * Private IP address for sipx server is 10.10.xx.xx and IP address for public sipx server is 117.102.xx.xx I'll send the trace file in separate email to you guys.
