If I understand your situation correctly, then this can all be done with a single hunt group, without the need for call forwarding or second lines....
First ring receptionist, timeout 10 seconds If no answer, ring receptionist At the same time, ring someone else in hunt group At the same time, ring someone else in hunt group At the same time, ring someone else in hunt group ... and so on ... This is what I do in my office, so I know it works. As there's no call forwarding involved, there's no problem with the receptionist being mentioned twice in the hunt group. Keith.
