Great to see 4.0.1 out.

Looks like somebody forgot to sign at least one of the packages tho. I 
did a yum update and got "Package 
sipxcommserverlib-doc-4.0.1-015823.i386.rpm is not signed"

Seems to update fine with gpg check off.
