Hi All, I have a CID problem when SIP user calls externally.
Example: X-Lite -> sipXecs -> Trunk GW -> PSTN [sipXecs] sipXconfig (4.0.1-015823 2009-06-19T07:16:14 ecs-centos5) hostname: sip.mydomain.com ip: 192.168.1.1 domainname -d: mydomain.com [X-Lite] Version 3.0 build 53117 ip: 192.168.1.2 X-Lite > Properties of Account > Domain Setting: when domain setting is "mydomain.com", PSTN Device shows User Caller ID. when "sip.mydomain.com", shows User ID(extension number). when "192.168.1.1", shows User ID(extension number). Another SIP Phone(can't support DNS SRV) calls externally, PSTN Device only shows User ID(extension number) in all cases. Older sipXecs version has same problem. Thanks for reading, Daniel
