I have a weird issue with Aastra phones and Sipx 4.0.1. I can not replicate the issue on 3.10 but only on 4.0.1 When any phone calls an Aastra 55i, the phone rings and can be picked up. You will have audio for about 3 seconds before the Aastra phone drops the call. This issue is seen between internal phones as well as calls through SipxBridge If the Aastra phone initiates the call then the call is not dropped and works as expected. A debug on the phone shows it drops the call because the ACK is not received. In my testing I using a cisco 7960 to call the Aastra 55i. Looking at the sip trace makes me think the contact info is wrong. The contact info in the 200OK from the Aastra is not the normal [email protected] but "sip:[email protected]" and SipX just bounces the ACK around internally until the Aastra phone times out. The contact info looks normal when the Cisco responds with a 200OK when the call comes from the Aastra to the cisco. In the following scenario (Cisco 7960) Ext 6000 calls (Aastra 55i) Ext 6007 Here is a snapshot and trace of the call when the Aastra drops the calls www.thesummit-grp.com/sipx-Bad.tar.gz www.thesummit-grp.com/traceBad.xml In the following scenario (Aastra 55i) Ext 6007 calls (Cisco 7960) Ext 6000 Here is a snapshot and trace when the call is initated by the Aastra and working. www.thesummit-grp.com/sipx-Good.tar.gz www.thesummit-grp.com/traceBad.xml Any thoughts on what would make the Aastra respond with that contact info?
