Hi friends, today i tried call parking and call pick up in my xlite soft phone it seems not working.
call parking test: i have three users 201 ,202,203 all are using xlite soft phones. 201 called to 203 then after establishing the call 203 put a call on hold and continue the conversation from 201 by pressing the *4 xxxx (here xxxx is call parking extension). But in 201 it's showing wrong extension. If 201 press simply xxxx it's getting MOH. call pick up: user 201 called to 203. While ringing the phone then i tried to pick the phone by using *78203. It seems not working. In some forums they are telling cal pickup is default on. please suggest me how to test these features?
