I'm posting this to the list for anyone interested in interoperating with the itsp Teliax and to mention the observed sip exchange behaviour.
After sipXecs completes a sip registration with Teliax the itsp, the itsp immediately sends a sip message with Method: OPTIONS sipXecs responds to that message with a message including: Status-Line: SIP/2.0 406 Not acceptable It has been stated that this is the desired behaviour as the itsp's sending of the message with OPTIONS occurs out-of-dialog and is therefore Not acceptable. The interoperation with the itsp is functional in that call completion is possible.
