Finally I made the tests of TFTP and FTP well completed by following steps.
For TFTP test, seems the test file of 00D01EFFFFFE is stored in /usr/local/sipx/var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot but the original TFTP server root directory is /tftproot. I changed the root directory to the real path of test file and the TFTP test was well done. No idea if it is the right way or not. For FTP test, I followed the wiki of http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Setting_up_Polycom_to_use_FTP, and the FTP test was passed. Thanks, gentlemen.
