ISN calls are handled just like "global/Internet SIP calls" -- that is, the ISN dial string is converted into the destination SIP URI, which is handled in the general manner. (Assuming that the ISN translation hasn't broken, very few people use it right now, so it's not well tested.) So ISN calls won't be properly handled by sipXbridge 4.0, but it is in 4.1 and 4.2.
