Hi Matt, The VVX profile in complete in 4.2, but not in 4.0.1. I've used these phones, they work well. They use the same firmware as the SoundPoint IP phones. The interface is identical, except that the touch screen replaces many buttons. If you're familiar with the 670, then you should feel right at home using a VVX.

The customer wants to be sure BLF, paging, intercom etc from their Polycom 650 attendant console will still interact with these vvx phones.
