Try to putty to that server during the install and verify that DNS can properly resolve the name of the primary server...

When the sipxecs-setup try to download the "sipxslave.tar.gz" configuration from the master server i get this error: "exception tarfile.ReadError file could not be opened successfully" Anyone can help me with this?
