Im also having this same problem using Spectralink 8030 Handsets. There
was no problem with the old version of sipx, was pretty much set the
extension boot up the phones and boom no problem. Don't know what
changed L

Try disabling GRUU on your phones to see if that helps.  sipXecs seems
to have difficulty routing the ACK because of it.  We will have to look
more closely at this problem.

                        I am running SipXecs on Centos 5 with Aastra 57i
phones. I am having difficulty when trying to call one extension to
another. I dial the extension from the phone and it gives me a call
failed. And it does the same if I try from the other phone. However if I
dial extension 100 it will send me to the automated system and from
there I can enter the extension and it will call it with out any issues.
