I haven't been able to get the phones to pull down records from AD, but I have been trying to connect through stunnel...I need to revisit it. Overall it is not a bad add-on to the phones, the main reason we purchased it was the call quality monitoring feature, I have an instance of openSER listening to the SIP messages the phones send after each call that logs the MOS of the call in a database, from there I can look at graphs for each phone to see if we have any trouble areas.
