Hi guys, I write to report a problem I faced with more than a customer using audiocode median 1000.
The mediant 1000 is connetcted to a enterprise switch layer 2 managed -à I loss packets I connect the mediant 1000 with a very entry level switch à all works fine. No packet loss I experienced this situation in two cases and Im wondering if some you saw the same and got a more elegant solution At this time I put the very-small-entry-level-switch between the enterprise switch and the mediant and it works but its ugly and difficult to explain to the customer J Thank you all, Heros
