First - when you say SBCs, do you mean sipXbridge or some external SBC?

This really isn't something that we meant to support in this first
version of sipXbridge, so you're a little out on the leading edge here.

You shouldn't need to register at all if all you want to do is send
calls between the two PBXs - try configuring them as trunks that do not
require registration.
