I’m having a similar issue with calling to an external phone except mine goes directly to voicemail and never rings the external phone (registered through sipxbridge, behind a Mikrotik router/firewall).
Not sure what’s going on at this point. I have to check out those links when I'm work tomorrow. Since I haven't had the time to check those links, the following question might be solved as soon as I check them. But maybe this is related to 4.0.3. Now to the problem. I set up call forwarding to my cell phone. When I call my extension from an internal number both phones (softphone + cell phone) ring and i can answer them. When I call my extension from an external number both phones ring but I can only answer the softphone. When I answer the cell phone I dont hear anything and the external phone where I'm calling from keeps on ringing. Any ideas? I do know that since 4.0 I have seen many CDR related issues that describe your issue unless your are running Polycom firmware 3.2.1. If you make changes to your dialplan, siptrunking, mediarelay while calls in progress I suppose a call might get stuck in CDR. You can restart the CDR services from the server page in sipxconfig to clear the CDR "stuck' calls too. I am also pretty confused at how to read the CDR right now, because in 4.0.0-4.0.3 I see a lot of calls marked as "failed" that should not be, especially if they go through a hunt group, get placed on hold, or go through an AA. I just haven't made it a priority to figure out why. On Thu, Oct 29, 2009 at 11:38 AM, <cyrill.rei...@iscoord.com> wrote: Hey Mike, Here is a little update. I installed and configured sipXecs 4.0.3 today. Although all phone functions worked fine, there seems to be a problem with the "Call Detail Records" in the Web Interface. In the "Active" calls tab, calls continue to show up even though there is no active connection. After placing 18 test calls and then disconnecting them, I still see 18 active in the Active tab. Might this be the bug Scott was talking about? Could you see if you have the same problem? It got put up and before we could announce it and move the link some problems were found that need fixing. There will be a new version shortly (that will be 4.0.4 because I'd already changed the numbers). _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ -- ====================== Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: tgrazi...@myitdepartment.net LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/
