Release 4.0.4 is posted - since we never formally designated 4.0.3 as
'LatestStable', the following list is all the fixes since 4.0.2:

[XX-6412] - Location based routing does not work for emergency dialplans
[XX-6551] - Calls through sipXbridge to scstrial.us get disconnected
after 30 minutes (session timer fix)
[XX-6637] - Registrations page was showing no registrations, when
more than 5000 users were registered
[XX-6639] - registration.xml with 10,000 users registered, did not
replicate on the distributed machine.

[XX-6747] - sipXbridge gives up registration attempts on 403

Polycom transfer controller does not return to idle
state until the transfer target answers the call (if the
ITSP is skype)
[XX-7002] - sipXbridge: Inbound call does not go Hold state when
held from callee (Nortel 12XX)
[XX-7039] - Intermittent- sipXbridge: Hairpinned consultative
transfer of Outbound calls fails using Bria softphone.
[XX-7043] - sipxbridge : Call pickup from Bria phone when MOH is OFF
on bridge and call is transferred from AA to Polycom fails.
