Worked great for me too, except I had to modify the yum repo file and remove the .2 off the 5.2 portions of the URLs inside of the file. Other than that, everything went smooth.

Oh, and HOORAY FOR NO LONGER HAVING TO MODIFY fallbackrules.xml MANUALLY FOR LOCATION BASED 911!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tested it and it is writing the configuration file correctly.
