Built a new 4.0.4 system and saw this error during an update. Everything seems to be running, not sure if this is a problem.
Updating : selinux-policy-targeted ##################### [189/394] sipxchange homedir /etc/sipxpbx or its parent directory conflicts with a defined context in /etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts, /usr/sbin/genhomedircon will not create a new context. This usually indicates an incorrectly defined system account.
