FWIW - even though http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XTRN-942 is closed and "fixed", in Polycom 3.2.2, the firmware will not be supported until 4.2 (in stable version anyway).
Having been down the road before, if you are on a stable version of sipx, use a firmware that's KNOWN to work properly.
