I'm looking for a product that works with SipX to provide advance call reporting features.
Looking for features that: 1. Use call records for Billing clients long distance charges 2. Use to bill employees for personal calls 3. ACD advanced reporting. Historical and indepth reports on the ACD queue and agents. I'm looking at RSI's Revolution Web Call Accounting, which list compatibility with SCS but I do not see any ACD reporting. Anybody have experience or know of another solution? Price is not really a concern. -M
