MWI information is delivered by a separate subscription that the phone makes to the "Status Server". Any of 100 things could go wrong with it. Get a snapshot of the system and give us the details of the phone extension, the time, and exactly what you did that shows the MWI isn't working, and we might have a chance of solving your problem.
