ls -la /etc/sipxpbx/ssl I forget the exact names, but there are a couple of files that start with '.' (and so are invisible without the -a switch) that are the java keystore files. Delete those (there are no files there that start with '.' that it's not safe to delete), and then restart all of sipxpbx.
