Much of the development team has been using it for a few months now
(with frequent updates). The stability is getting pretty good now in
that the services mostly work reliably. There _are_ still issues, and
some of the UI is continuing to change.

Most importantly: we have not yet frozen database changes, which means
that upgrades from any previous versions to the current development
build may not work, upgrades from this to any future version may not
work, and such upgrade-related problems _will_not_ be considered bugs.

Our hope is that we're at most a few weeks away from being able to
freeze the database, which is when we start supporting upgrades and
telling brave users to try it out. (Really brave users are free to try
it any time, but don't bet your job on it)
