this is interesting, call A comes in via a sip trunk, calles handset B, B speaks to A, then presses 'forward', which they then call C (external number, out via sip trunk), B speaks to C, then presses the forward button to 'stitch the call from A to C together and then should be out of the conversation and able to hang up.
this works fine on 7940 and 7960 hansdets, perfectly, however, 7941 handsets, the call last stage of the forward fails , A never gets to speak to C and the call drops. C was another handset, it works fine, but not if C is a external number, any ideas on debugging? Regards, Ben s
