From my understanding Grandstream support is a "best effort" scenario and in my opinion should be avoided. I fought for over a year with Grandstream about presence issues that were causing the phones to lock up and finally gave up and bought polycom 550's. They're double the price but so much easier to deal with. I now use my Grandstream phones as data center and lobby/door phones.
