From my understanding Grandstream support is a "best effort" scenario 
and in my opinion should be avoided. I fought for over a year with 
Grandstream about presence issues that were causing the phones to lock 
up and finally gave up and bought polycom 550's. They're double the 
price but so much easier to deal with. I now use my Grandstream phones 
as data center and lobby/door phones.
