It's now in meta/system-sip-identities. >From the SIP point of view, you subscribe to <sip:[extensi...@[domain]> for >"dialog" events to find the status of user [extension]. You can also subscribe to <sip:~~rl~c~[extensi...@[domain]>, but that gives you the status of the lines monitored by [extension] for BLF purposes, which isn't exactly what you want.
