Ok, so first, the remote user is registered and looks fine.

No errors in the Job Status window, all services are up and running.
All configuration and DNS tests pass successfully.

Cell phone to x-lite remote client = fast busy
X-lite remote to cell phone = works
Internal on separate asterisk server to x-lite remote = rings, no vm, x-lite 
doesn't receive the call
X-lite remote back to asterisk phone on LAN = works
Internal phone calling extension of remote =  works
Remote calling extension of Internal phone = works

Registered a linksys SIP phone.
