I used the suggestions as well and they do work nicely :-)
For the resulting call I use 18004664411 (the free Google service, as
suggested earlier in the thread) which is better than a failed call.

Also don't forget to make a similar rule for 411...

Using your suggestion of a custom rule I was able to get the
desired functionality to work in 4.0.4. I agree that an
announcment would be more friendly; I was just trying to
prototype the functionality.
