It would be useful to put the park server, proxy server, Registrar and sipxbridge at INFO level logging or DEBUG level logging and try to capture one failed call. Try cleaning the logs and re-running after re-starting everything and capture the first failure if possible. Then please open a JIRA issue and post a sipx-snaphsot. As such you have not provided enough information to investigate the issue and it would be extremely hard to dig through gigabytes of log.
