Both, any call that's handled by the Polycom phones in question can't transfer them to another polycom or to voicemail.

I was hoping that I wouldn't in 4.2.0, but it's the same thing. I've tried in every sipxecs version and polycom firmware to allow auto-configuration and it has the same symptoms, failure to transfer and hold's don't work properly. -----Original Message----- From: Todd Hodgen [mailto:thod...@verizon.net] Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2010 3:46 AM To: 'Picher, Michael'; Lara Johnson; sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org Subject: RE: [sipx-users] Polycom Auto Configuration I can tell you from experience that the behavior of the Polycom 450 will be significantly better once you get to sipXecs 4.0.2 and above. Your transfer issues will go away. And you won't have to custom configure the .cfg files. -----Original Message----- From: sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org [mailto:sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org] On Behalf Of Picher, Michael Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2010 12:27 AM To: Lara Johnson; sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Polycom Auto Configuration Lara, I'd either keep working around them or 3 step migrate to 3.10.3, 4.0.4 and then 4.2.0. You're approaching the end of the comfortable upgrade range. I'd start planning...
